CONSOLE: Managing the Communication with your Users - Marketing Tools

In this Console Section, you have the capability to create and oversee various types of communication directed towards your Community users. Whether it's disseminating important updates, engaging users with promotions, or rekindling interaction with inactive members, these tools enable effective communication strategies.

Email Manager The Email Manager feature empowers you to craft and oversee various communication emails tailored to your Community users. Here's how it works:
  • Preset Templates: There are several preset email templates available, ensuring smooth information flow from the Community system to users. While some templates can be customized, others cannot be removed, ensuring essential communication continuity.
  • Custom Templates: You have the flexibility to create custom email templates, catering to specific user segments or individual users. This allows for personalized communication, such as invitations to join the Community, promotions for users following certain categories, or re-engagement emails for inactive members.
  • Themes: A default theme, complete with basic graphics and structure, is provided in the Themes section. Additionally, you can create one or more custom themes to align with your preferred style and layout. If multiple themes are available, you can select the default theme for new email templates and assign themes to existing templates as needed.

Email Users Invitation Whether your Community operates with Open Registration or is Invitees Only, this feature streamlines the process of inviting users to join. Here's how it works:
  • Creating and Managing Invitations: You can create, manage, and monitor a list of users to be invited to the Community. During this process, you have the flexibility to assign Staff Roles and Tags to the users being invited.
  • Simultaneous Invitations: You can send multiple invitations simultaneously, using email templates that can be easily customized in the dedicated Email Templates section.
  • Downloading Invitation Codes: You have the option to download a CSV file containing invitation codes. This allows you to invite people through various mediums, such as your own emailing system or instant messaging accounts.
  • Open Registration Community Type: If your Community membership is open, the invitation code system can be used to directly engage and invite specific groups of users.
  • Invited Only Community Type: If membership is invitation-only, users must have received an invitation code to proceed to the registration page.
  • Managing Invitations: The "Manage Email Invitations" tab allows you to create and organize your invitation lists. Once an invitation code is used, the new user will be added to the list visible in the "Registered Users by Invitation" tab.

Broadcast Message This powerful marketing tool allows you to create, manage and send customized messages addressing specific clusters of users or addressing a.ll subscribers at once. Push notification will be sent both to mobile and desktop devices. it is possible to create and send Broadcast Messages or save them as a template for a later scheduled sending The history of sent messages is also available, in case of reusing existing messages.

Loyalty Program The Loyalty Program feature enables you to establish a system where users earn points based on their engagement within the Community. Here's how you can configure and manage the program:

Configure the Program:

  • Actions: Assign point values to various actions performed by users in the Community. For example, you might allocate points for posting, commenting, liking, or sharing content.
  • Prizes: Determine the prizes you wish to offer and specify the number of points users must accumulate to redeem each prize. You can also upload images to showcase the prizes within a custom page dedicated to the Loyalty program, visible to Community users.


Manage the Program:

  • Incoming Prize Requests: Monitor incoming requests for prize redemption. You can review each request and assign it a status of accepted or refused.
  • GDPR Privileges: If you have the necessary GDPR privileges, you can extract email addresses to inform users about the status of their prize redemption requests. This ensures transparency and communication regarding the redemption process.
