The Platform is now also available in Italian
From today, the SelfCommunity Platform speaks English and Italian as well.
You will find the Platform interface entirely in Italian, including all email communications that ensure the correct flow of information from the Community system to users.

Easily access to polls data
Data from Community Polls are now easily accessible on the Platform. In the new "Polls" section within Social Analytics you will find:

Poll title and link

Number of votes

Poll opening and closing date (if set)

Votes and percentage chart

Participant users list (with avatar) and their vote

CSV / PDF files data export option

Test email preview
From now on each email template created in the Marketing tools section can be sent in preview, for a preliminary check, to one or more email addresses set by you.

Broadcast Message notification via email
In order to give even more visibility to your important communications to users, Broadcast Messages will also be delivered via email, in addition to triggering push notifications (via App or via Web).
